We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Garden City Poke Bar Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory management and quality control metrics.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff.
