Job Title: Financial Service Representative

At Momentum Financial Services Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Financial Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver results on store profitability goals by providing exceptional customer service and executing all customer transactions efficiently.
  • Determine customers' needs and provide them with solutions that satisfy those needs, ensuring a quality customer sales experience.
  • Handle cash and accurately enter transactions into the system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contact customers over the phone with past due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Follow safety, security, and compliance requirements, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Be sales driven and have a passion for customer service, with a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience.
  • Have previous cash handling experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
