About the Role

We are a leading insurance agency, Vince Ippolito Insurance & Financial Services, seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insurance Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our insurance products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and cross-selling/up-selling existing clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Insurance License: Possess a valid OTL and/or LLQP license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Self-Motivation and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
