Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work Ethic: Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Billing Support: Assist clients with billing issues.
- OTL License: Obtain your OTL (General Insurance License) within 1 month of hire date.
- Client Service: Serve clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products, and help members and clients choose coverage.
- Quote Preparation: Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts.
- File Management: Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed.
- Client Communication: Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Relationship Building: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary plus commission/bonus.
