We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Representative to join our team at Wayne Nichols Insurance & Financial Services Ltd. As an Insurance Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and sales expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service and Sales: Serve clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products, and help members and clients choose coverage.
- Quote Preparation and Contract Issuance: Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts to clients.
- File Management and Renewals: Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed.
- Client Retention and Satisfaction: Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- OTL License: An Other Than Life (OTL) license is a requirement to start.
- Customer Service Skills: You must be a forward-thinking individual who is willing to provide exceptional customer service.
- Benefits: Health and dental benefits are included.
