Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines Sales
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve sales and retention objectives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • RIBO License is required or the ability to convert OTL to RIBO
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Effective organizational and prioritization skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • High proficiency in computer skills; experience with PowerBroker and Compu-quote is advantageous
