Insurance Administrative Specialist

Position Overview: Insurance Account Management Representative
This position focuses on administrative support within the insurance sector, emphasizing customer service and is not intended for full-time students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Deliver prompt, precise, and friendly customer assistance, which may include answering questions about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing and office objectives.
- Support the sales team in driving office growth.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments and promote available products.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capability to present information to potential clients.
- Property & Casualty license (preferred or must be obtained).
Compensation: The total compensation range is $43,000 to $47,000, based on experience, with potential for commissions and bonuses in the future.

Supplemental Pay Types:

This position is with an independent contractor agent who is part of the Desjardins Exclusive Agent network. The agent's employees are not employees of Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. Independent contractor agents are responsible for all decisions regarding their employees.
