Senior Billing Analyst - Role Overview

The Senior Billing Analyst position is essential for overseeing daily financial activities, which encompass invoicing, cash flow management, and collections. This role is vital in facilitating seamless financial operations and fostering robust relationships with our clientele. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to refining the quote-to-cash process across various divisions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enhance financial operations by reconciling payments and managing customer accounts
  • Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication regarding overdue accounts
  • Oversee the finances inbox to resolve customer queries and facilitate new client onboarding
  • Refine accounts receivable workflows and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement
  • Ensure accuracy in invoicing and maintain proper documentation
  • Keep accounts receivable records current and manage daily cash flow
  • Track and collect outstanding receivables by reaching out to clients
  • Prepare financial analyses and reports for executive review
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheets
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analytical needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar financial roles
  • Solid grasp of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
  • Exceptional time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus
  • Strong numerical aptitude with a focus on process optimization
