Position Overview: Senior Billing Analyst
The Senior Billing Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, including invoicing, cash management, and collections. This role is essential for facilitating seamless financial operations and nurturing robust client relationships. The successful candidate will exhibit a keen eye for detail and a commitment to improving the quote-to-cash process across all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance financial transactions and systems by reconciling payments and managing customer accounts.
- Foster client relationships through effective communication regarding overdue accounts.
- Oversee the finances inbox to respond to customer inquiries and assist in onboarding new clients.
- Refine accounts receivable processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Ensure the accuracy of invoices and proper documentation.
- Maintain current accounts receivable records and conduct daily cash management activities.
- Track and collect outstanding receivables by reaching out to clients.
- Prepare financial analyses and reports for management review.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheets.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles.
- Strong grasp of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with a focus on process optimization.
