Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the food service team at 2484462 Alberta Ltd. This role requires a blend of leadership, organization, and customer service skills to ensure high-quality dining experiences.

- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit relevant reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervision of a team comprising 5 to 10 individuals.
