Position Overview

The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Compile food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate preparation.
  • Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure quality service.
  • Create and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervision of a small team, typically consisting of 1 to 2 individuals.
