As a Food Service Supervisor at MANEK FOODS INC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your leadership will ensure that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operations.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef to facilitate efficient service.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This is a permanent position requiring 32 to 40 hours per week of commitment. The primary language of work will be English.
