Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at goeasy. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate outbound calls to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.
- Respond to incoming queries from clients to assess their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Educate customers on available offerings and provide expert advice to drive sales.
- Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Manage pipeline and foster relationships with existing clients to drive new revenue growth.
- Gather necessary information accurately to complete customer applications.
- Demonstrated experience in sales with a proven track record of closing deals and contributing to company revenue.
- Experience in the automotive finance industry or finance management is highly desired.
- Enthusiasm for a process-driven sales approach, coupled with adaptability and the ability to pivot as needed.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude and passion for excellence.
- Ability to work full-time in our office.
- Competitive base pay and monthly commission.
- Total average compensation ranging between $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
- RRSP and Employee Share Purchase Plan matching.
