Job Title: Inside Sales Support

At Unilock Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Support professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales Support, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers by providing knowledgeable information, answering questions, and processing orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer all inquiries via email and telephone to assist customers.
  • Support customers with their purchases, order entry, and any future inquiries.
  • Process orders for invoice processing and posting.
  • Review outstanding orders to check for status changes or non-committed products at the time of entry.
  • Assist with various mailings, especially those that occur pre-season.
  • Perform random tractor-trailer checks to ensure load accuracy before delivery.
  • Participate in and assist with cycle counting throughout the year and yearly full yard counts.
  • Participate in and assist with Seconds Sale.
  • Other tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional on the phone and provide excellent customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving and math skills are required.
  • Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work with strict deadlines, attend to projects, and work processes with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with all customers, management, and employees.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
