Marketing Vice-President

Overview

As a key member of the Everest Transport Group team, the Marketing Vice-President will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic marketing initiatives.



Languages

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and colleagues.



Education

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.



Experience

The Marketing Vice-President will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.



Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires the candidate to work at the physical location. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.



Responsibilities

  1. Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  2. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  3. Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  4. Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  5. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  6. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  7. Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions


Experience and Specialization

The ideal candidate will have experience in computer and technology knowledge, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
