Role Summary:
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will assist our clients by providing tailored solutions that align with their needs and preferences. This role involves delivering exceptional service by connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting customized product and service options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers nationwide
- Conduct outbound calls focused on customer retention
- Promote and suggest the latest products and services during sales interactions
- Manage call flows to ensure first-call resolution and meet customer expectations
- Comprehend customer situations and recognize their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Educate customers on products and services to create demand and execute business strategies that meet financial goals
- Achieve key performance indicators
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Document customer interactions accurately in the appropriate systems
- Communicate effectively regarding account details, products, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competition awareness
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Care, Retention, or Sales is advantageous
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong rapport-building skills with customers
- Adept at navigating multiple computer systems
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Secure workspace for storing company and customer information
- Access to power outlets for PC and monitor
- High-speed internet connection (10MB or greater)
- Private and distraction-free workspace for equipment setup
- Capability to download and utilize the Google Authenticator app
