Project Manager for Cloud Contact Center Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the delivery of cloud contact center solutions for our enterprise clients. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for driving strategy and delivering projects that meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and successful delivery of cloud contact center solutions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring they receive industry-leading best practices and solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience managing cloud and on-premises contact center communication platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the contact center space
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud services, including application, network, carrier routing, and desktop
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, including Genesys Engage, InContact, Avaya, Aspect, Amazon Connect, or other contact center application vendors
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer programming
