Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching network products, services, and standards for data center procurement and development.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to create project plans that align with corporate goals.
  • Provide KPI reports, project updates, and performance reviews to senior management.
  • Serve as the escalation point for the IT team, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues following the organization's incident management protocols.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the complete network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, and cybersecurity tools.
  • Support and manage Data Center and Cloud IP Network Infrastructure, ensuring secure network access through VLANs and ACLs.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, prioritizing remediation for compliance with PCI DSS and other standards.
  • Manage Active Directory structures, GPO, user permissions, and network file services.
  • Provide Tier II/III IT support for daily operations.
  • Oversee incident and change management processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and advisors.
  • Manage inventory of all IT equipment, hardware, and software licenses.
  • Implement disaster recovery and backup procedures to protect assets.
  • Schedule and deploy server updates and maintenance to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Network Administrator with hands-on expertise in network devices, preferably Fortinet and Cisco technologies.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in implementing and maintaining network security measures.
  • Experience in configuring and managing routers, switches, and other network devices.
  • Knowledge of wireless networking technologies and the ability to design and troubleshoot wireless networks.
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
  • Capacity to adapt to evolving technologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE, CCNA, or CISSP are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking concepts is a plus.
