Project Manager for Cloud Contact Center Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our cloud contact center projects. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading best practices, concepts, and technologies while ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create project plans and manage milestone attainment
  • Manage project risks and issues
  • Develop and implement cloud contact center solutions for enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to size client engagements and develop statements of work
  • Assist with creating training materials, reference guides, and playbooks
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience managing cloud and on-premises contact centers
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and cloud contact center platforms
  • Knowledge of technical challenges, benefits, and limitations in delivering cloud services for enterprises
  • Industry experience with Genesys Engage, InContact, Avaya, Aspect, Amazon Connect, or other contact center application vendors
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer programming
