Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the store meets corporate objectives and achieves key performance metrics.
- Lead the store by effectively assigning tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
- Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting environment that encourages customer engagement.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to team members by providing timely feedback.
- Establish clear and effective communication with the store manager and district manager.
Qualifications
Desired Profile
- A minimum of six months of experience in a leadership role or as a supervisor in a customer-oriented environment.
- Proven experience in motivating a team to achieve shared objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- For candidates in Quebec: bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
