Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Design and execute plans to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct Performance Evaluations: Assess the performance of restaurant staff and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Inventory Efficiently: Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of food and supplies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Enforce Health and Safety Protocols: Ensure that all restaurant staff adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee Daily Operations Effectively: Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleaning, to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Required Computer Skills
  • Electronic Cash Register Operation: Proficiently operate electronic cash registers to process transactions and manage cash handling.
  • MS Excel and MS Office: Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office to analyze data, create reports, and maintain records.
