Role Overview

As a Server, you will work closely with the Front of House Management Team to deliver exceptional service. You will possess extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, ensuring that guests receive informed recommendations and a memorable dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness and upholding presentation standards are essential aspects of this role.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere through attentive service and interaction with guests
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items to assist guests in their selections
  • Ensure precise order entry into the POS system
  • Oversee food quality and adherence to presentation standards
  • Maintain a tidy and organized section, ensuring all areas are clean
  • Comply with all food safety protocols
  • Be attentive to special requests, including dietary restrictions
  • Efficiently complete opening, closing, and side duties
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Required Qualifications

  • Provincial Liquor Certification
  • Experience in a similar dining environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent organizational and sales skills
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • In-depth product knowledge
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism
