By following established service protocols, they engage with guests, provide insightful recommendations, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere through attentive service and effective communication.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Accurately input orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation throughout the dining experience.
- Keep assigned sections clean and organized, ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and best practices.
- Be attentive to guest preferences, including dietary restrictions and allergies.
- Efficiently complete opening, closing, and side duties as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for sales.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage, particularly wines and cocktails.
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and momentum in service.
