About Cafe Brio

Cafe Brio is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize our menu to boost profits and maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to control costs and maximize revenue
  • Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and improve daily operations, including inventory management and staff performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports to ensure accurate accounting
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible environment for customers
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic security clearance and own transportation
  • MS Excel and MS Office skills
