Territory Representative, Food Retail Stores

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Representative to join our Global Food Retail Services team. As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive cleaning and food safety program to our customers in the food retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow sales and retain existing customers by providing exceptional service
- Gain new sales through new products and new customers
- Provide customers with training on food safety and sanitation through high-quality surveys and audits
- Receive a company vehicle for business and personal use, along with a smartphone and tablet computer
- Enjoy a robust paid training program, allowing you to learn from subject matter experts with proven success
- Plan and manage your schedule in a flexible, independent work environment that allows you to excel
This is a field-based position, requiring travel to various locations, including Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario, and surrounding areas. Applicants must live in Winnipeg or close surrounding areas.
Overnight travel is approximately 25% per month, covering Thompson, NW Ontario, and Thunder Bay on a quarterly basis. Weekend rotation is based on customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications:- High School Diploma. Post-secondary education preferred
- 1-2 years of food industry experience. New graduates welcome
- Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Availability to provide emergency call assistance, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays
- Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
- No Immigration Sponsorship available
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required based on client site requirements
Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly
