Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer networks, software, and hardware.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to users on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures and communicate technical information to users in a clear and concise manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technical support workers, providing guidance and direction to ensure that team members are meeting their responsibilities and goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their technical needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
