- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training and development strategies to support the growth and development of administrative staff members.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaison: Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 36 hours per week
