Our mission is to assist clients in reaching their program objectives effectively. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering administrative and operational assistance to our programs and clients while ensuring outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Fluently communicate in both English and French.
- Facilitate the daily administration of programs, which includes data entry, monitoring, and reporting.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and promptness.
- Oversee and track program timelines, ensuring all components are executed and delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to achieve program objectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of programs, including all administrative tasks and reporting.
- Maintain precise and current program documentation, records, and databases.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of program processes and procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in program administration or customer service.
- Relevant diploma or certification.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a knack for fostering positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-oriented office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
