Bilingual Program Coordinator

CMG Marketing, a leading provider of comprehensive marketing solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Program Administration / Customer Service Representative to support the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively in both English and French to ensure seamless program execution and exceptional customer service.
- Provide administrative and operational support to our programs, including data entry, tracking, and reporting to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor program schedules, ensuring timely execution and delivery of all program components to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to develop and implement programs that meet client goals and objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of programs, including all administration and reporting to ensure program success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program files, records, and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in program administration or customer service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Related diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
