Role Overview:

As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of technology on construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating onboarding and follow-up training sessions for site supervisors on essential project management tools.
  • Offering proactive technical assistance to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
  • Providing customized training sessions to enhance the effective use of technology.
  • Assisting in the implementation of new features and system updates.
  • Leading technology workshops for larger teams to promote best practices.
  • Acting as a liaison for technical challenges and innovative ideas from the field.
  • Serving as the primary IT support contact on-site.
  • Overseeing hardware support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Delivering on-demand support in conjunction with supervisor meetings.
  • Reporting on technology adoption and usage to management.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or application support.
  • Eligibility for Government Public Works Security Clearance is required.
  • Experience collaborating with construction teams on-site.
  • Proficient in construction management software and standard office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and instructional skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
  • Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment background screening.
