Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that we are meeting our performance targets.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet customer demand. You will be required to work in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure that we are meeting our performance targets.
