Join Our Team as a Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Analyst to help our clients identify business and technology challenges and provide expert guidance to overcome them.

As a key contributor, you will work closely with our team of project managers, architects, developers, and technicians to drive value for our clients.

System analysis is about understanding a business's IT needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in product and business development to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, business representatives, technical staff, and other professionals to analyze and actualize business needs.
  • Gather requirements with stakeholders and users to identify goals, user needs, drivers for change, current processes, pain points, risks, and external factors.
  • Produce understandable documentation, such as requirements, solution overviews, wireframes, solution designs, process maps, flow charts, and other project documentation.
  • Facilitate research, planning, costing, and implementation of business solutions to provide technical expertise and leadership in the assessment and development of software applications.
  • Build and create successful arguments or IT business cases to support solution recommendations.
  • Provide client consulting and technical support services on project implementation.
  • Support in the estimation of project effort, costs, and timelines and project intake activities, including planning, scheduling, tracking, management, and closure activities.
  • Develop and deliver support and training materials or training sessions.
