Senior IT Support Analyst

About the Role
  • Provide technical support for computer systems and software to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the procurement and configuration of new infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain our Corporate Office IT infrastructure and networking infrastructure.
  • Assist in server configuration and maintenance, as well as cloud infrastructure configuration and maintenance.
  • Support and troubleshoot all IT issues for employees, and research software programs to improve our IT systems.
  • Manage access levels for document management systems, camera systems, and security access to the building.
  • Develop, test, and maintain a Disaster Recovery strategy and implement associated requirements.
Mentorship
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Work with the Director, IT to provide feedback and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to define and improve software development standards and processes.
Requirements
  • Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in recognizing software and hardware issues.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting is strongly preferred.
