Senior Compensation Analyst

At StandardAero, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Compensation Analyst to lead and manage complex compensation projects. As a key member of our Global Compensation team, you'll drive the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee compensation strategies across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and market competitiveness.
  • Manage the integration of compensation programs for newly acquired companies, aligning them with existing structures and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Utilize advanced compensation management systems to analyze, report, and provide insights on compensation data, ensuring system functionality and optimizing processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis, including benchmarking, pay equity studies, and compensation trend analysis. Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Work closely with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to address compensation-related queries and provide guidance on compensation matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a strong background in international compensation and acquisition integration.
  • Proven experience in leading compensation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation management systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
