Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Yard Team Member. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide expert advice and assistance to customers on their lumber and building material needs.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist customers in loading product safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Check invoices and verify correct product is provided.
- Department Maintenance: Assist with the daily upkeep of the department, including offloading trucks, culling lumber, organizing stock, cleaning, price labeling, and maintaining pallets/stock.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Perform opening and closing duties as needed in the Yard.
We are looking for a team player who is physically fit and able to provide high-quality customer service. Knowledge of building materials is considered an asset.
