About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead our eCommerce initiative. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop a best-in-class online shopping experience for cannabis consumers. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our POS platform, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with customer needs and business objectives
  • Partner with the Technical Lead and global engineering team to deliver solutions that drive customer value
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to create go-to-market strategies and plans
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success
  • Advocate for customer needs and preferences within the organization
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of product management experience in eCommerce or B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of shipping products that balance idealism with pragmatism
  • Experience creating and sharing strategic product roadmaps
  • Proficiency with tracking and collaboration tools
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in your career and craft
