Brandt is a leading company in the agriculture industry, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Product Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Parts Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our parts business, working closely with our sales and service teams to execute customer programs and achieve sales and margin growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve sales and margin growth objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to internal staff and customers on parts and services
  • Coach and educate sales and service teams on applicable products and services
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales and service skills
  • Manage sales and margin data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Identify new product opportunities and work with internal teams to stock and supply
  • Promote sales of new and used parts, as well as parts programs
  • Facilitate the creation of an effective parts database
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:

We are seeking a candidate with a post-secondary education in business, engineering, or a related field, and a proven track record in sales management and relationship building. A background in the agriculture industry is an asset.
