About the RoleAs the Product Manager for eCommerce, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish a vision and strategy for creating a best-in-class online shopping experience for cannabis consumers. You will partner with the Technical Lead and a global team of engineers to deliver solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Apply product principles and practices to inform your product roadmap and drive customer value
- Collaborate with cannabis retailers and consumers to gather insights and validate assumptions
- Partner with other product managers and stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive business objectives
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy to the company
- Prioritize ruthlessly to deliver customer value early and often through Cova's agile product development process
- 1-3 years of product management experience in eCommerce or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of shipping products and balancing idealism with pragmatism
- Experience creating and sharing strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with tracking and collaboration tools
- Commitment to continuous improvement in your career and craft
