Position Overview

At Great Canadian Entertainment, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding live performances that captivate our audience. We invite you to join our dynamic team as a Theatre Guest Services Attendant, where your enthusiasm for entertainment and commitment to exceptional service will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patrons and guide them to their designated seats.
  • Manage the flow of guests entering and exiting the venue.
  • Address guest inquiries about events and available amenities.
  • Facilitate effective communication with relevant operational teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to licensing laws, health and safety standards, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned or directed.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work on an as-needed basis, with flexible hours including early mornings and weekends.
  • Experience or interest in the live entertainment sector is advantageous.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Background in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Endurance to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain Serving It Right Certification.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal record and credit check.
  • Commitment to exceeding customer expectations through prompt and service-oriented communication.
  • Dedication to continuously enhancing knowledge of our offerings to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills for personal and professional growth.
