Your Role

As a Solutions Engineer at N-able, you will be instrumental in enhancing product utilization and addressing technical purchasing challenges to propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Engaging Product Demonstrations: Present the features and advantages of N-able's offerings through captivating demonstrations to potential partners.
  • Understand Client Needs: Analyze the specific requirements and obstacles faced by prospects, providing technical support and guidance throughout the sales journey.
  • Lead Trial Sessions: Facilitate trial orientations and walkthroughs, showcasing N-able's strengths to assist potential partners in making informed choices.
  • Perform Market Analysis: Execute comprehensive competitive assessments and remain informed about market trends to grasp competitor strengths and offerings.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Evaluate and address client needs during product implementation, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Share Best Practices: Offer design and configuration recommendations to partners during the deployment of N-able products, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Sales Engineer role, Field/Networking Technician, or Systems Administrator, showcasing your technical sales expertise and customer interaction skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate product messaging and value through technical demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills to establish trust and rapport with partners.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and execute projects efficiently, meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and independence.
