Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Check Point Software (Canada) Technologies Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and technical expertise in our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
