Role Overview:

In your capacity as a Client Relationship Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting regular site visits and remote consultations to identify new opportunities and sustain existing business relationships.
  2. Assessing undercarriages, buckets, and ground engaging tools (GET), providing necessary reports.
  3. Participating in equipment installations, monitoring product performance, and aiding in application optimization.
  4. Meeting budgeted sales and financial objectives for your designated sales region.
  5. Creating and executing customer engagement and key account strategies, adhering to the sales process to maximize growth and service delivery.
  6. Providing accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and CRM data.
  7. Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager, Sales Support, Engineering, and Operations teams to fulfill customer requirements.
  8. Advising senior management on market shifts and contributing to product enhancements and new business prospects.

Leveraging your extensive experience as a Client Relationship Manager within the Sales division, you will utilize your sales management and marketing expertise to act as the primary contact for clients. You are a professional well-versed in machine condition monitoring and standard safety protocols.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  1. Streamlining sales processes and striving to meet the budgeted sales targets for your region.
  2. Conducting regular client meetings, delivering engaging presentations, and showcasing product demonstrations to promote our Undercarriage Composite solutions.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and marketing, to ensure effective fulfillment of customer needs.
  4. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support our technical sales initiatives.

Occasional travel to high-altitude mining sites will be necessary for this role, necessitating good physical health. Overall, you will manage account relationships within the Oil Sands sector of the Mining Mobile Plant group, overseeing existing business and seeking new opportunities in the mining industry.

Key Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the mining sector.
  2. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Experience with mobile mining equipment, GET, buckets, or undercarriages is advantageous.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
