Job Title: Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement people strategy in line with business goals
  • Provide HR support for the Motion Canada team, partnering with respective managers
  • Represent HR in the business and establish strong relationships with all business leaders and employees
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
  • Ensure an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and drive behavior change & continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and ABB policies
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in HR, with at least 10 years in a strategic partnership role
  • Experience in change management and supporting teams through change
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws
  • Experience in a sales or commercial environment is an asset
  • Proficiency in French and English
