Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Technology, Product, and Operations teams. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, focusing on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in Technology, Product, and Operations, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and performance management.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
- Drive change management initiatives and support the evolution of the organization's culture.
- Oversee the performance management process for the Technology, Product, and Operations teams.
- Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions and identify trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
