Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and innovative Entry-Level Visual Designer to craft and implement a variety of brand-consistent assets for our digital platforms, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns. This role will report directly to the VP of Creative and will work closely with the entire Creative Team to support Buffy's marketing initiatives and brand presence. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to design within established brand parameters while also pushing creative boundaries. A passion for design, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce engaging email campaigns, social media graphics, advertising content, direct mail pieces, and press materials that align with Buffy's brand standards.
  • Create web-optimized graphic packages and marketing collateral that reflect our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with team members to effectively communicate and execute design concepts.
  • Assist in selecting photography for product launches and marketing campaigns to enhance visual storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic attitude, strong ownership of projects, and a commitment to delivering high-quality visuals.
  • Proficient understanding of typography and design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to engage in collaborative brainstorming and present final designs.
  • Proficient in design software such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • BFA in Graphic Design or relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an in-house creative team is advantageous but not mandatory.
