TuesdayAfternoon Media (TAM) is a leading custom learning design firm based in Toronto, Canada.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Media Designer to join our growing team, supporting our largest and most strategic clients. As a Media Designer at TAM, you will work collaboratively with a team of art directors and learning experience designers to design best-in-class training experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design visually engaging and effective training experiences using a range of tools and software, including the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and goals, and use this knowledge to inform your design decisions.
  • Work closely with the art direction and learning experience design teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design processes and outputs.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
Requirements
  • One to two years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Fluent knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and XD).
  • A passion for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of Design Thinking methods and tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and software, and to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
