The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Media Designer to join our growing team, supporting our largest and most strategic clients. As a Media Designer at TAM, you will work collaboratively with art directors and learning experience designers to design best-in-class training experiences.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Fluent knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and XD)
  • A passion for visual storytelling and design thinking
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and software
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
