As a **Quality Systems Manager**, you will oversee the final evaluation, authorization, and transition of outstanding Phenix records (Change Control, CAPA, and Deviations) into our new quality management database, **QualiPSO**.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Risk Assessments for newly established QualiPSO records.
  • Facilitate and lead discussions with relevant departments regarding the approval of migrated Phenix Records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to implementation schedules.
  • Generate QualiPSO records for all outstanding Change Controls, CAPAs, and Deviations from Phenix.
  • Finalize and close the Phenix Records.

  • Proficient in working autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members.
  • Exhibit strong organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical proficiency.
  • Possess robust project management skills, including effective organization, time management, and data analysis.
