Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at S I Systems. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders, driving cohesion at a program level.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to multiple integrated projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
  2. Systems Mapping and Documentation: Conduct current state systems mapping and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Process Improvement: Uncover areas of improvement and develop enhancement solutions to drive business value.
  4. Implementation Oversight: Oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  5. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with marketing automation and databases, as well as marketing enablement systems such as Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce.
  6. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing expert communication and stakeholder management skills to adapt to diverse sets of users and stakeholder groups.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Program-level leadership experience as lead BSA of multiple integrated projects.
  • Expert communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and databases.
  • Familiarity with Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce as marketing enablement systems.
