About the Role

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Vault CRM functional QA team. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of software quality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to drive productivity and quality
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Development Managers to plan and execute feature sprints
  • Work closely with the Customer Support Manager to resolve production issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Grow and develop the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing QA teams and driving quality initiatives in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent understanding of software quality processes, organization, and techniques
  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate organizational and technical issues
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in Java applications and agile development methodologies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading projects from start to finish
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Domain knowledge of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux environments and with Atlassian tools
  • Background in SaaS environments with agile development processes
